2025 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, the credit from your deposit can be applied toward a new reservation within six months of your original check-in date. Please keep in mind that this flexible policy applies to direct bookings only.

When booking through a third party, cancellations within 30 days of your check-in date, early departures, late arrivals, and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the stay in accordance with the third party’s terms.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations due to COVID/illness, travel restrictions, or airline disruptions to Roatan.
