Puerta Azul is situated on a 1-acre estate tucked within a local neighborhood of Sandy Bay. Our property is comprised of a main house and nine standalone accommodations, each uniquely designed to provide a sense of privacy and comfort. Tropical plants adorn the pathways and common areas, effortlessly merging Roatan’s beauty with modern comforts.
Our on-site restaurant offers a delightful al fresco dining experience, shaded by towering vegetation and complete with fans to keep you cool and comfortable. The adjacent outdoor lounge area invites you to indulge in moments of leisure, with sofas ideal for reading and relaxation.
As you venture further through the property, you will discover our exclusive beachfront, boasting direct access to the mesmerizing Mesoamerican reef via our 400′ dock. Unwind in our private beach chairs, or wander down the pristine coastline – walkable by a mile in each direction.
While there is plenty to do on-site, our central location also offers convenient access to Roatan’s key attractions. Enjoy quick transfers to or from the airport, easy access to the vibrant town of West End, and a short ride to the acclaimed white sand beach of West Bay.
