2025 Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before check-in. After that point, the deposit can be applied toward a new reservation within six months of your original check-in date. Please note this flexible policy is available for direct bookings only.
When booking through a third party, cancellations within 30 days of your check-in date, early departures, late arrivals, and no-shows will be charged in accordance with the third party’s terms. Found a lower rate on a third party booking site but want to take advantage of our flexible cancellation policy? Let us know! We will gladly match the rate to ensure you receive the best value and service.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations due to COVID/illness, travel restrictions, or airline disruptions to Roatan.
